That link is to his girlfriend who's name the money was claimed in so it didn't all get taken for the child support money he owes.
Uh huh. Yeah.
So my son goes out with him and comes back with 2 pairs of $120 Jordans... oy. Idiot. lol
Well... they told me exactly what I expected them to say. He is a frickin' genius but is unmotivated and not eligible for special education.
They do wanna do some more in depth auditory testing -- which apparently we are waiting for "permission" to do... then the psychologist suggested talking to a medical professional to see if it's ADD (not the hyperactive kind)....
Which is what K and I have been saying since 19-umpteen... sigh... so more testing...
So he is a far above average thinker and that the thinks outside the box and that using worksheets and stuff in class is like a punishment to him b/c he's such a great thinker.
Sounds good, right?
Then they tell me he needs to conform.
Wha?
Well, if he's all THAT why don't you do something to encourage him to blossom in his own way?
Why's he gotta conform? Anyway -- he needs a bit more auditory testing then we'll see what's what.
I start back to school for the last time today. Frickin' math. BLECH!
And not just math... but FOUR HOURS of it... (help me)... lol
This month is gonna be killer. I have math on Mondays from 6pm - 10pm then my internship from (about) 5:30 - about 8:30/9:00 from Tuesdays - Thursdays.

Things with Jess are great. Loving living with her.... she's m'baby. :)
So Saturday was that fundraiser... we had a great time. The theme was flowers. So, Jess and I went as flower children. Here are some pics.
We won a rainbow umbrella and a gift certificate for flowers -- by the way Val... we need to talk about collecting on that...
